Hello Everyone,   I  hope you enjoy the posts I will bring forth.  So here goes.  
Gardening is my pure pleasure and it's rewards are so great.  Not only are the veggies and fruits good for you they can also serve to give our bodies the energy, proteins, vitamins and other nutrients we need for survival.
Let's consider BEANS:  They have beenthe food source for many cultures.  There are so many varieties that it is AMAZING!  We can cook them in soups, stews, salads, humus, and RAW.  We can serve them shelled or still.in their pods.  The nutritional value of them are low in Saturated Fat and Sodium and very low in Cholesterol.   They are a good source of Vitamins, B6, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus,  Potassium,  Vitamin C, Thiamin,  Riboflavin, Niacin, Folate,Copper and Manganese.   It GREAT source of Protein!  All in all it has just about everything a body needs.  That may be why EZEKIEL BREAD has it as a main component.   Recipe for Ezekiel Bread to follow.   Happy Blogging!
