Well, I am back and here is the recipe as promised.
1 pound SCRF Ezekiel mix, ground into flour.
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup of oil
1 tablespoon yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.  Mix all ingredients into a batter
3.  Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and let it rise for one hour or until it almost doubles.
4.  Carefully move it to the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Notes: In Ezekiel 4:9 God gave Ezekiel instructions for making this bread.  It sustained his life for over a year.
Because this contains gains and beans, it's a complete protein, great for on-the-go snacking or a filling breakfast.
For fasting, eat 1/4 loaf each day.

Check at a Health Food Store for the mixture or check out SCRF @  Pee Dee Christian Book & Supply

Enjoy the Bread and Happy Blogging.  Next discussion will be on grains.  Much forgotten about in today's world.  After that it will be the benefits of Honey.  Come on BLOG, BLOG BLOG!
